The Customer has a right to cancel the subscription on Profile or address the request to support@igincrease.com.

The Customer has a right to refund the money paid to Igincrease in case of failure of providing the services.

In case of refund, the money shall be refunded to the current account or to the card with which the payment was made, within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the Bank that issued the card.

Igincrease reserves the right to decline the Customer's Refund Request.

The Customer's Refund Request is considered by the Igincrease within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Customer's Refund Request from the Customer to the Igincrease email address - support@igincrease.com.
